The Dispatch Board for Painters: Views You Will Use Every Morning

The dispatch board is where the office lives in the morning. It should answer three questions fast: who is working where today, what is booked this week, and where are the gaps.

By Crew, By Day

The board shows jobs by crew and by day, each with the address and painting details.

Saved Views

Save the views you open every morning: today by crew, this week, exteriors only.

Print for Paper Lovers

Print each crew's day as a job sheet. It comes from the same schedule as the app.

Spot the Gaps

A crew with an empty Friday is a crew that needs touch-ups from the Waiting List.

Next Week on Friday

Review next week before the weekend. Balance crews, confirm big jobs, and make sure night-before texts go out on accurate dates.
